Student Recognition & Clubs

Honor Roll Breakfast – Every nine weeks, students who achieve Honor Roll status are given breakfast by our PTO and school leadership.

Student Council – Our student council has continued to grow and become leaders within the school. All of our grades are represented as students discuss ideas to improve the school and help the community. They sponsored our first Anti-Bullying poster competition and have created a school-wide program to collect goods for our Troops overseas.

Student Safety Patrol – Our 5th graders who show outstanding leadership are chosen for various tasks within the school such as hall monitor and car patrol.

Battle of the Books – Each year, our top readers are able to compete on our Battle of the Books team. We were district champions in 2010-2011, 2014-2015, and 2022-2023 school years!

Robotics – Our engineers of tomorrow are building today! Our students plan, design, and compete against the best teams in the county each year.

Girls on the Run – If you see girls running around the school, it’s our Girls on the Run team.

Science Fair – Each year our students participate in the school and district Science Fair. This year, we had two students place and one take first place in the district!

Spelling Bee – Our highly competitive Spelling Bee brings out the best in our spellers each and every year!

Honors Chorus - Music students in 5th grade try out to be a part of the district Honors Chorus Performance.

Art Shows - Throughout the school year, students' artwork is chosen for the Superintendent's Art Show.

Math Expo- Each year our student participate in the school and district Math Expo.
